If you are building some library for thrid party,it’s essential to include documentation comments for the properties,methods etc so that users can understand the usage easily.But writing all these manually is quite time consuming.Here comes a VS extension “GhostDoc” that can automatically generate these xml comments for you.It’s free & can be great help to you!

    It is very useful, and it does a good job of working out the context of the comments too, providing you name your methods correctly 😉

    I’ve been using this for some time now. It’s worth setting up a keyboard shortcut for ‘speed commenting’!

    I find it very frustating that the free version doesn’t include the feature to auto-comment the entire file, any chance you know an other extension with this feature for free?
